"Calling the triple 3 number was useless. We tried several times calling the vendor to get certain information required by the airline to pick up our children and it was futile. The phone just rang and rang. No answer. But when it came to collecting the waiting time money, they were very proactive. Almost immediate. In addition, the driver waited a very long time, which illustrated that they hardly checked on the flight if he was waiting for that long. The flight was delayed from its origin airport, which means the arrival timing was changed three times during a 7 hour flight. Although the small print says that the vendor will keep a check on arrival times with the airport to avoid waiting times and charges, clearly that did not happen and we had to pay an extra 25 pounds. Kinda felt it was Standard Operating Procedure by the vendor. However, my kids said that the driver himself was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. So 5 stars for the driver. "
